On Friday, only if the streets are dry, we'll make a skate tour through Amsterdam of about 20 kilometers. Anyone can join in, free of charge. You have to be able to brake well.

Where, when we start, about the after-skate
Where: In Vondelpark,at the entrance Roemer Visscherstraat (Next to Vondel CS)
Gathering: From 20.15 hrs
Start: 20.30 hrs
Return: 22.30/45 hrs approx in front of Tennisclub
Kattenlaan. (You might want to join us for a drink on the terrace or
inside.)
Desired skills like proper breaking, pauze, safety, blokkers, skate protection
If it turns out you cannot keep up or if you are not skilled enough, you will be asked to leave the tour and practice some more before you join again.
During every skate we take a shorter and a longer break. We land on a public square, with or without a terrace or shop and keep ourselves hydrated.
The volunteers do their best to make every skate tour safe. Despite of all our safety measures, you always skate at your own risk! The organization of the tour (Stichting Skate!) and the volunteers are not responsible for injuries or damages.
The use of a helmet, wrist-, elbow- and knee protection is strongly recommended! When days get shorter you may want to carry lights as well.
